ABOUT THE MARK VAN S. STUDIO
 
November through January saw us at the Corcoran Gallery in Washington, DC. The Digital PhotoBooth was sandwiched between shows by Ansel Adams and Annie Liebovitz... pretty good company! More than 30,000 self portraits were shot and instantly displayed on four large scale projections. (Seen above.)
 
In February, we spent three weeks in London with DKNY at Selfridges. We installed The Digital PhotoBooth on the third floor of the store, in the DKNY shop; all self-portraits were instantly projected in the windows overlooking Oxford Street. (See below.) The Mark van S. Studio is a multidiciplinary studio that creates innovative interactive video installations. Some work is for corporate, arts, and private clients and some is just for fun.

Our work has appeared on the facade of the Whitney Museum, the walls of the Getty Museum and at the Corcoran Gallery.
